The website www.raselsports.com is owned by RASEL SPORTS. Your use of this e-commerce portal and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the website. When you visit the website, you are subject to the policies that are applicable here.
Here, ‘You’ or ‘User’ or ‘Visitor’ or ‘Customer’ will mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of this website by signing up. The term “we”, “us”, “our” will mean RASEL SPORTS.
We allow Three (4) types of purchase system.
1. You can directly order any product(s) by calling us. The phone number is shown on the website/product pages.
2. You can order any product(s) via Online. But you have to sign up first. You can choose payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking, Internet banking and Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card payment.
3. You can order any product(s) via Email by mentioning product name.
4. You can visit our sales & display center for experimental use:
The personal information / data provided to us by you or your use of the website will be treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
We are not going to share your any information to others. We only keep your basic sign up information (Name, Address, Phone no., etc.). We don’t collect or save any of your cards information.
We will not be responsible for any business or personal losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Site.
Purchase from Online (Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card):
Customer must have to give required information for purchasing via online. Unless you can’t purchase on online by any cards. We don’t collect or save any of your cards information. So, your card information is secured.
If any kind of server failure, network failure etc. occurred while purchasing any product(s) from RASEL SPORTS, the purchase will automatically cancel. The customer have to order those product(s) again.
Payment Gateway: SSLCOMMERZ
1. If customer wants to change the product(s), he/she have to inform us within 24 hours after receiving the product(s).Customer have to change/return product(s) within 72 hours on his own delivery cost.
2. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
3. Product(s) must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, and accessories.
4. The product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
5. The product(s) must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging /box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Stock out Product:
Availability and pricing of all product(s) are subject to availability. If any product(s) is out of stock but customer purchase that product(s) via online, then we will take 5-10 days to deliver that product(s). After that period is over and product(s) is unavailable or we are unable to deliver the product(s) to you, then we will back your money as quick as possible.
Company will decide which product(s) will be purchased with EMI facility.
No mark-up or hidden charges on Bank’s EMI Plan facility.
If any kind of server failure, network failure etc. occurred on Bank’s Network or Server while purchasing any product(s) via EMI from RASEL SPORTS, the purchase will automatically happened as a normal purchase. In that case, RASEL SPORTS will give back the total money to the customer(s) within 7-10 working days.But, firstly, customer(s) have to order those product(s) again with EMI facility.
