Returns & Refunds Policy

Change Policy:
1. If customer wants to change the product(s), he/she have to inform us within 24 hours after receiving the product(s).Customer have to change/return product(s) within 72 hours on his own delivery cost.
2. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
3. Product(s) must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, and accessories.
4. The product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
5. The product(s) must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging /box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

Stock out Product:

Availability and pricing of all product(s) are subject to availability. If any product(s) is out of stock but customer purchase that product(s) via online, then we will take 5-10 days to deliver that product(s). After that period is over and product(s) is unavailable or we are unable to deliver the product(s) to you, then we will back your money within 7-10 working days.
